Information we collect
This website has no contact forms and does not ask you for personal information. If you call us, we record what we need to book and carry out work on your vehicle, such as your name, phone number and vehicle details.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google through Site Kit, to understand how people use the website, for example which pages are visited and whether people tap our phone number. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out using Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Maps
The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and only loads if you choose to show it. When it loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.
How we use and share information
We use information you give us to book and complete work on your vehicle and to keep service records. We don’t sell personal information. We only share it where needed to do the work you asked for (for example, lodging an inspection result with Transport for NSW) or where the law requires it.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by calling us during opening hours.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
