Who we are
Andrew’s Mechanical is a hands-on mechanical workshop tucked into the Kings Park industrial pocket beside Marayong station. Mina looks after a wide mix of vehicles: family hatchbacks and SUVs, tradies’ utes, four-wheel drives, European cars, diesels and the odd classic.
The phone is answered in the workshop during opening hours, so when you call (02) 9622 0000 you’re talking to the people who will actually work on your car.
What we do
We cover servicing, inspections and repairs across every major system of the car:
- Logbook servicing, major and minor services, batteries and tyre rotation
- Pink slips and blue slips, and pre-purchase inspections
- Engine diagnostics, timing belts, clutches, gearboxes and cooling systems
- Brakes, suspension and steering
- Air conditioning and auto electrical
- LPG installation and servicing, exhaust repairs and fleet servicing
The workshop
The workshop has two-post hoists and a scissor lift, so we can get under a car properly rather than guessing from the top. The workshop photos on this website were taken at 3 Goulburn St.
Why an Authorised Inspection Station matters
Only stations authorised by Transport for NSW can carry out pink slip safety checks and AUVIS blue slip inspections. Being one means we inspect to the official standard, and if something fails, the repair and the re-check can happen in the same place.
